首次挑戰一邊吃飯一邊採訪，結論是：真的不容易。
首先要很感謝美國在台協會高雄分處 AIT Kaohsiung分處長禹道瑞，上任不到半年，把首次的電子專訪給了TVBS。
從配合企劃、準備一大桌佳餚、禹分處長安排一整個下午的時間給我們採訪，到拍攝期間還要配合重複吃飯的動作、走位，真的很感謝。
